Glenys, the hawk is spectacular in the photo and I can only imagine what it must be in real life. As a gourd artist who is just learning to carve, I’m so impressed. I’d love to know how you carved it–what burrs and what setting for the paragraver–maybe you’ll do a webinar for us. I’m doing some fun things carving ostrich eggs, but would love to do some carved gourds. Painting is not my forte, but I am going to try my hand in a class later this spring.
