Don’t You Just Hate That?

Diamond Ring ImageHas this ever happened to you?

You set out on a journey to find the perfect gift.

You run all over town, not really knowing what you’re looking for, but hoping something will POP out at you.

Store after store, mall after mall, salesperson after salesperson….still nothing.

You finally go back to the first store you went to and settle on something, something expensive – A DIAMOND RING.

I know, boring gift, but expensive – so it has to be good. Right?

When you present the gift, you get this reaction, “Oh, how nice…a diamond ring….thank you honey.”

Right about now you’re wishing you’d have bought her that dishwasher. (something she actually needs)

(ok, maybe the diamond ring is a bad example)

You get the point. There’s nothing worse than an expensive gift that brings a “oh, how nice” reaction.

On the other hand, it’s hard to beat an inexpensive gift that SENDS THEM THROUGH THE ROOF.

Two years ago, for Christmas, I gave each of my nephews a gift that cost less $10. (so I’m a cheap skate)

You should have seen their faces when they opened them, they LIT UP with EXCITEMENT.

These weren’t just ordinary things. These were special.

In fact, these gifts were small enough to fit into their pocket (no they weren’t pocket knives) and I’ll bet that most of them still have them today (two years later).

Reaction to Gift Image

How many other gifts under $10 do you think they still have today?

So, what made these gifts so special to each one of them?

IT HAD THEIR NAME ENGRAVED  ON IT.

Didn’t really matter what it was, it had their name on it!

That’s all that mattered. It was theirs and nobody was going to take it away.

Personalized gifts always make the best gifts.

We want to make sure you don’t get stuck giving that boring, sub par reaction gift (like a diamond ring) this year.

Instead, we want to give you tons of ideas for that perfect, personalized gift.

The first step begins Tuesday, November 23 at 2:00 p.m.  Mountain Time.

Profitable Hobbies will be holding a Conference Call to share personalized gift ideas.

It’s simple, all you have to do to participate is this:

At 2:00 p.m. Call (323) 843-0075.

Access code is 550489.

We’d love to have you join us if  you can make it.
