(Please make sure you insure the package, we are not responsible for lost packages.)

Make sure you include a note inside the package with  the following:

  • Your Full Name

  • Your Full Address

  • Your phone number

  • Your E-Mail address

  • A brief description of the problem


When we receive your Repair, we will:

  • Log it into our system
  • Diagnose the problem and repairs needed
  • Create an Estimate for the Repair
  • Contact you for authorization and payment (Please provide an e-mail address with your repair!)
  • Ship it back to you

How Long Will it Take?

Repairs are usually completed within 1 week.(in house).

Expedited repairs are available (usually 1-2 days in house) for a $35 expedite fee.

Warranty repairs will be completed at no charge for labor or parts, the only charge will be the shipping charges.

Repairs will be completed only after payment authorization is received.
